Int&#039;l priority is acceptable if the buyer claims they did not order the item (fraudulent takeover of account, for example).  For an item that is INR (item not received), express mail is still required.  Note, however, that international priority mail comes with automatic insurance (indemnity insurance) based on the weight of the package so that a postal claim can be made if the buyer states the package was ordered not delivered.]]></description>
