Former CEO Paypal Germany requires copies of Credit Cards and IDs from Buyers of his eBay Auctions

It is being reported in a published German newspaper, called the Freedom of Discussion, that the former CEO of Paypal Germany, Frerk-Malte Feller (currently the Managing Director of eBay Germany) is selling on eBay as an individual.
