New seller fee structure for FIXED PRICE listing goes into effect:
September 18, 2008
eBay Express to be closed
Early October 2008
1. Shipping & Handling limits in select categories go into effect
2. Incentives (free subtitle and double final value fee discounts for Powersellers – good through December 31, 2008 as well as increased search exposure) for offering free shipping — note the incentives are specific to the item so the incentives are good for EACH item where free shipping is offered even if not all of a seller’s items offer free shipping
 3. Best Match Search Results Formula Changed


Late October 2008

1. End of Paper Payments
2. Return Policy, Item Condition (new or used) and Handling Time must be specified
November 1, 2008
Minimum seller standards of 4.3 for all DSRs
January 2009
All accepted payment methods will be integrated into eBay Checkout.
Note: 3rd party checkouts will be allowed through the end of 2008 with more information to be determined later.

I would like to complain about using paypal
only, it is just not fair.

Ebay is going downhill just like the government. More fees and policies to make PayPal(Ebay) richer. Much like taxes.
